Support For Teenagers & Young People
Often teenagers and young people don’t want to worry their parents or family with their own problems. They might be having issues at school, with parents or friends.

Many of our young clients tell us that they feel happier after seeing a counsellor, and are better able to deal with their problems. Our counsellors have helped many young people to concentrate better at school or college, or get on better with their friends and family.

Young people, teenagers especially, hate being talked down to, that’s why counselling is so successful in supporting them to feel themselves again. Our counsellors will encourage them to be open and talk about their feelings. This is done in a non-judgemental and supportive way.
